We strongly request that you certify all shipments and obtain a tracking number, as Qlife Canada is not responsible for shipments sent without an RMA number.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Charges – Taxes – Duties
. In some cases, Qlife Canada.ca has been retained to prepare and issue invoices on behalf of the Qlife Dealer Network. In such cases, separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on the invoice(s). The Customer is responsible for services tax, sales and all other taxes & duties associated with the Order, however designated, as required by the jurisdiction of the sale. If applicable, a separate charge for taxes will be shown on Qlife Canada invoice.21 Day Shipping. Delivery of the Product to the Customer takes place when the product leaves our facilities and/or order fulfilment warehouse. After receiving the order Qlife Canada, will arrange for shipping of the product to the Customer’s verified home address. Normally, the Customer’s product shipment takes less than 21 days to arrive. Returns & Replacements
    • Returns and replacement policies. Qlife Canada offers a 30-day hassle-free Return Policy, except as otherwise noted. Please refer to the return policies for specific products below for complete details. We reserve the right to amend the Return Policy from time to time by posting the updated policy on its website. The Customer agrees to review the Return Policy each time it submits an Order.
    • Returns must be shipped in “as new condition” means that the product is not scratched, damaged or broken in any way and is returned with all the hoses, connectors, parts, manuals and DVD’s etc.

For your protection, we will not accept any shipments without a valid RMA number clearly labeled on the outside of the box and the RAN form completely filled out and placed inside the box to ensure the refund is credited to the appropriate Customer.

Return Procedure

The product must be returned within 10 days of receiving the Return Merchandise Authorization

    • (RMA) Include the RMA Number with the returned product. Clearly, label the carton with the RMA Number on the Outside. No refunds or replacements will be issued without an RMA number.
    • All product returns to Qlife Canada must be accompanied by proof or purchase, such as the original purchase receipt, invoice, copy of the order or an emailed version of these confirmations.
    • Products must be secured properly for shipping and packed appropriately. When shipping includes all accessories, cables, CDs, and manuals. If you have any questions on packing procedures, please contact customer service for guidelines. Items returned with missing accessories or damaged due to improper packaging are subject to higher restocking fees.

Dealers Products Return Policy

    • Dealer purchases and packages are not returnable.

Product Acceptance Policy

    • All returned product that does not meet the following criteria will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to customer.
    • *No refunds or exchanges will be issued on products that are not directly purchased from Qlife Canada..
    • *Defective on arrival product must be returned unused in it’s original box with all accessories in the packing unused.
    • *All products returned to Qlife Canada for monetary refunds must have been purchased directly from Qlife Canada, and must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number (contact customer service to obtain an RMA Number) and proof of purchase, and be in the original packaging, including all materials pertaining to the product, such as the cables, manuals, power cords, power supplies, software, etc.
    • *Products must be absent of visible markings, such as pen ink, labels, Velcro, magic marker, stickers, paint, oils and grease, glue, tape, etc.
    • *Products must be absent of physical damage, such as scratches, cracks, chips, tears, dents, compressions, etc.
    *After issuance of a valid RMA Number the product must be returned within 10 days or the product will be refused. Products and Services. Qlife Canada may revise and discontinue the Products and Services displayed on the website at any time without prior notice.
Ordering & Payment Terms
Orders – Prices – Payment Terms – Interest.

In some, but not all cases, Qlife Canada may act on behalf of the Dealers to collect order information and/or payment. Orders are not binding upon Qlife Canada until accepted in writing. The prices for the Products shall be as specified by the Dealersor by Qlife Canada and as set forth in Qlife Canada. ca website as at the time of acceptance of an order by Qlife Canada. Prices for Products shall be subject to change without further notice. Credit terms are at the discretion and as specified by the Partners or Qlife Canada and implemented by Qlife Canada, and unless otherwise specified in writing, payment must be received by Qlife Canada prior to acceptance of an order. Payment for the Order may be made by a credit card accepted by Qlife Canada, wire transfer, bank draft, personal cheque or money order. If credit terms have been agreed to by Qlife Canada, invoices are due and payable within thirty days after the date of the invoice. The Customer agrees to pay interest on all amounts past due at a rate of 18 percent per annum.

Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Qlife Canada reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Qlife Canada reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Qlife Canada does not accept orders from customers who intend to resell the products offered by Qlife Canada.

Knowledge and Consent. By placing an order with Qlife Canada, the Customer has read and understands the terms and conditions as set out herein. The Customer represents that he/she consents to the Terms of Sale, and does so with full knowledge and without undue influence or duress. The Customer acknowledges that the Terms of Sale are readily accessible on a 24-hour basis from Qlife Canada website and shall be provided to the Customer in hard copy format upon request at any time.

Force Majeure. Qlife Canada shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, delays due to backorders of requested products, mail delays, customs delays, lost shipments. Qlife Canada. ca shall not be responsible to notify the Customer in the event of such delays. The Customer shall be solely responsible to make other arrangements to purchase alternative products and any costs incurred in connection with such purchases.
