recently I got a phone call. Help I see very little bubbles in my Qlife cup. Is it broken? Well as long as there are some bubbles, there is no problem. Why are the bubbles getting less not performing like before only a few months…The product faulty! Sorry No again.
Very few of us read the manual or booklet on the new purchase and rush to use it . Especially the safety and maintenance part. The part that makes the product runs and performs well. The Qlife products especially the Q cup is on that needs a little TLC. It’s special membrane SPE/ PEM is designed to produce H2 and separate Ozone and Chlorine gas from the water. Needs to be clean, Yes Clean. If you read the booklet it tells one to press the reversed mode or EDC mode Once a week (IMHO Press it 2 times a week). That will help prolong the molecular Hydrogen or H2 production.
Once A Month Must Do ! Revision 1.1
Another must do ONCE a Month, is Citric acid Clean or Only White vinegar, not any vinegar. These 2 products remove minerals built up or commonly known as water stains. It requires one to pour a cup of vinegar into the Q cup and soak it for 2 hrs or so. After this rinse the cup well before use. Another way( only use citric acid) , is 1 cup of citric acid solution ( 2 tablespoons of citric acid dissolved into 1 cup warm water) pour into the Q cup and let it soak for 1 hr. After, rinse the cup well before use. https://www.qlifecanada.ca/product/citric-acid-cleaner/
The reasons for the change is white vinegar is not as effective, citric acid does a better job.
