Qlife Products warranty policies:

  • The 1-year warranty covers only the original purchaser of Qlife products and is non-transferable.  Repair work will be carried out in Canada by the service centers operated or authorized by SLT TRADER LTD. (hereafter “SLT”), the exclusive Canadian importer of Qlife products.
  • 1 year from Date of purchase (proof of purchase is require )
  • Only factory defect.
  • Cannot use Water Temperature Over 60-degree Celsius.
  • Any Unauthorized attempt repair will void all warranty
  • Purchaser will cover all shipping cost both ways ( Contact and request to use our lower shipping rate)
  • Any Damages are not covered by warranty: list is non-exhaustive example dropping, breakage, punching, using any Other liquids example no tea, no coffee, no any additive mix into water list is non-exhaustive other than No-Gased Filtered water ( Terms: Filtered water: No sediments bigger than 1 micron and does not contain any chemicals non-exhaustive list example chloramines, chlorine, ammonia, sodium fluoride, fluorosilicic acid, or sodium fluorosilicate, non-exhaustive list… .) Brita Filters are really useless only last 1 week. Don’t believe google what happened in Flint, Michigan.
  • Products not purchased thru QlifeCanada.ca, SLT Trader or SLT Trader listed dealers will not be covered by warranty. Please contact your origin place of purchase.
  • Qlife Products Owners that do not maintain the products will void warranty. (Terms: Maintain= refer to user manual)
  • Contact us for help Return Authorization Number must be obtained from SLT or from the purchased dealer BEFORE the Qlife Products is shipped to the service centerProof of purchase require

 

IMPORTANT: Please read the owner’s manual and watch the installation videos before attempting to use your Qlife products, as  SLT is not responsible for any damages that may occur or additional costs that may be incurred during installation.
